Not SpongeBob used to work at the Krusty Krab. He probably worked after Jim and before SpongeBob. He was in Squidward's flashback in the episode Truth or Square.

"Not SpongeBob" has a brown-green color, has the beginnings of a beard, is messy, and is pretty short.
