Howard is a character debuting in the episode New Fish in Town. He has the same interests as Squidward and lives in a trailer. He becomes Squidward’s friend shortly after meeting him, but Squidward antagonizes him after he takes an interest in bubbles and jellyfish. Then, out of anger, Squidward pushes his trailer off a large cliff, and Howard goes after it. He is not seen in the series after that.
