Frank is a guard who works at the Bikini Bottom Jail. He was first seen in Krabby Road showing a new guard around the prison.
Looks
- He is a yellow fish with a mustache. He wears a police-officer looking uniform. He appears again in Toy Store of Doom, with a mustache that isn't fake, and a different accent.
Trivia
- This Frank is not to be confused with the cameo character Frank and the Frank that works at Palace of Pranks.
