Frank is a guard who works at the Bikini Bottom Jail. He was first seen in Krabby Road showing a new guard around the prison.

He is a yellow fish with a mustache(which was actually a fake mustache in Krabby Road). He wears a police-officer looking uniform. He appears again in Toy Store of Doom and Professor Squidward, with a mustache that isn't fake, and a different accent.

- This Frank is not to be confused with the cameo character Frank, the Muscular Goldfish, and the Frank that works at Palace of Pranks.
