The Penny Pinchers (or Cheapskates) just appear in the episode Kracked Krabs. They are all crabs. In that episode, they nominate Mr. Krabs the Cheapest Krab underwater. There other Cheapest Krab underwater contestants were Fancy McGee, Huford BargainBottom, and Endwight Keywad.
Looks
The Penny Pinchers all look like Mr. Krabs and some also have a beard.
