Bubble Buddy Returns is an episode from Season 8.

Plot

SpongeBob tries to keep Bubble Buddy's visiting son, Shiny, out of trouble and away from sharp objects.

Mr. Krabs still hasn't forgot about Bubble Buddy owing him money.
It's called Bubble Buddy Returns because Bubble Buddy appears in the episode.
This is the 2nd time Mr. Krabs got mad at a bubble. The 1st time was in Bubble Buddy.
It's noted that Shiny's uncle Raymond died by getting popped.
After SpongeBob regenerated Shiny, he grew 2 heads like Split Pea, Cherry Bomb, and Twin Sunflower from Plants vs. Zombies.
Like Bubble Buddy, Shiny caused trouble at the Krusty Krab. Both incidents involving money.
SpongeBob was right. The Bikini Bottom Pin Factory, Bikni Bottom Pitchfork Pantry, Bikini Bottom Scissor Works, and Squidward's House are dangerous for Shiny because he could pop in those places.
SpongeBob thought the Pillow Foundry wouldn't be dangerous but it was because Shiny could pop from the spinning chainsaw.
It appears Bubble Buddy lives at Soapy Waters with his address as 1234 Washtub Wy. as you can see on his note.
Bubble Buddy's note says: "Dear, SpongeBob The Mrs. and I have to go away for a few days, and our regular bubble-sitter is sick. Could you please watch our son Shiny until we get back? I owe you one. Love, Bubble Buddy. Please keep Shiny away from sharp objects. We don't want to go pop like his late uncle Raymond."
After SpongeBob read Bubble Buddy's note, Gary's shell color is a mistake because you can see the blue stripe and red dots although that's his color backwards.
The city really is dangerous because you get ran over by car (also known as death).
This is the first time SpongeBob takes care of Shiny.
This is 2nd Bubble Buddy episode that doesn't have Patrick, Sandy, Plankton, or the Chum Bucket. The first time was in Bubble Buddy.
The title card is very similar to the title card in Bubble Buddy.
