Mutton is a food served in the episode Dunces and Dragons where they serve it at the restaurant "Medevil Moments" as a joust happens. Patrick was eating it as he watched the ceremony happen, and SpongeBob asked him "How's that Mutton Patrick?" to which Patrick replied "Me thinks its Mutton-tastic".
