Plot

When Plankton makes a surprise attack, Spongebob reveals to Plankton the Krabby Patty Formula location. Just then, Pearl comes and scares Plankton on accident. It turns out Plankton is afraid of whales. Mr. Krabs realizes this and makes a Pearl costume to scare Plankton multiple times. SpongeBob thinks Mr. Krabs took it a bit too far, so he tells Plankton that Mr. Krabs is afraid of mimes, yet lies that the formula was moved. Plankton soon hires a mime to scare Mr. Krabs off. However, SpongeBob tells Plankton that baleen whales showed up at the Krusty Krab for an annual feeding of planktons. Hearing this, Plankton escapes. What appears to be baleen whales, though, are actually hologroams of a projector that SpongeBob set up.

The working title for this episode was * When Plankton went inside Pearl 's Blowhole, wouldn'd he go to her lungs, not her mouth or stomach?

In Plankton's dream, Pearl turns a much lighter gray and her voice sounds older.
When Plankton is laying in the middle of the road, Spongebob says he can't step on him because of his "good nature" but in the Spongebob Squarepants Movie he steps on Plankton and the same in Dunces and Dragons. Also, SpongeBuck steps on him in Pest of the West.
