[edit] CheeseHead BrownPants
CheeseHead BrownPants is the name of SpongeBob SquarePants the people in New Kelp City called him. He only had one appearance, that being What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?. He couldn’t remember anything and anyone in Bikini Bottom when he returned.

King Patrick is a alter ego of Patrick Star in the episode Rule of Dumb. He was a jerk to everyone in town and took people’s things at will. SpongeBob served as his herald during the episode.
[edit] Fry Boy
Fry Boy is an alter ego of SpongeBob SquarePants. He wears a superhero suit with two spatulas put in his belt. He has hair (which is weird, because SpongeBob doesn’t usually have hair) and is able to throw Krabby Patties into someone’s mouth. He was able to unhypnotize Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy with Krabby Patties (and a hint of fiber). His alter ego of Fry Boy only appears in Mermaid Man vs SpongeBob.

Normal Squidward is an alter ego of Squidward Tentacles. When Squidward gave SpongeBob advice of being more normal than he is, he decides to follow his advice. At the end of the episode he is also Normal and the shock turns Normal SpongeBob back to old SpongeBob. Normal Squidward, the Alter Ego of Squidward was and is only ever seen in the episode Not Normal. Normal Squidward’s looks, look very very different to the one’s of Squidward. He has a smaller nose, pants, a black belt, smaller eyes and he has a smaller T-Shirt.He is actually nicer when he is normal.

Normal SpongeBob is an alter ego of SpongeBob. When Squidward gave SpongeBob advice of being more normal than he is, he decides to follow his advice. He started to talk normally, do work normally (by bringing a cubicle and computer to work and printed out paper Krabby Patties), and did normal things. Squidward started to appreciate Normal’s work. SpongeBob has a name tag with the name "Normal" on it. As the days went by, his face started swelling, and his face soon became clear of any craters and freckles. But it changed Normal’s life too much. He lost his job at the Krusty Krab, his best friend Patrick, and eventually became too normal for Squidward. With the help of Patrick, and eventually Squidward, he became un-normal again. Normal SpongeBob, the Alter Ego of SpongeBob was and is only ever seen in the episode Not Normal Normal’s features are clear of any craters and freckles. He started to look like "Mr. Normal" on the video How To Be Normal For Beginners, except shorter.People who are normal have normal attitudes. This is shown in the commercial at the beginning of the episode.

SpongeBob FancyPants was a new name Sandy Cheeks called SpongeBob when he wore his RoundPants when nobody could recognize SpongeBob. It has been a while since he was called this since Tea at the Treedome by Patrick.

SpongeBob RoundPants was the new name of SpongeBob when he got himself new pants that were round. He showed them to Eugene H. Krabs, Patrick, Sandy, Squidward and many other people. Nobody recognized him with the round pants. This might be because round pants is a different shape then square pants, but Sandy called SpongeBob " SpongeBob Underpants" at the end of the episode.

Smelly is an alter ego of Squidward in the episode The Thing. He was covered in cement on a bike ride. He ended up with a leaf on his head and waddled around in Jellyfish Fields. SpongeBob and Patrick raised him as a pet, having no idea that he was Squidward. But he was taken to the zoo. SpongeBob and Patrick rescued him, and found a bunch of creatures that looked like him. So they left "Thing" with them. The cement wore off, and crackled off of him.

ManBob is an Alter Ego of SpongeBob SquarePants. He just appeared in the episode Shuffleboarding, with Patrick Star as "PatBoy".
[edit] Santa Claus
Santa Claus is an Alter Ego of Squidward Tentacles in the episode Christmas Who?. Squidward dresses up as Santa Claus, after the real Santa does not attend the Bikini Bottom’s Christmas celebration, in order to cheer SpongeBob up. Unfortunately his plan goes awry when the citizens come happily and demand gifts from him. Squidward, dressed as Santa, is then forced to give away his house supplies as Christmas gifts until he has nothing left, but also in the process shares Christmas spirit (as said by the REAL Santa).
[edit] Great-"Grammyma"
SpongeBob’s "Great-Grammyma" is an alter-ego of Sheldon J. Plankton in his attempt to steal the Krabby Patty formula. Plankton steals his grandma’s clothes and hair to look like a grandma and tricks SpongeBob into thinking that he is SpongeBob’s great "Grammyma". After doing lots of things together, Plankton almost gets the formula but Plankton’s grandma confronts him for stealing her stuff and takes Plankton away. It just appeared in Gramma’s Secret Recipe.
[edit] Alter Egos in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water
In The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, each of the six main protagonists become superheroes:
- SpongeBob becomes InvinciBubble.
- Patrick becomes Mr. Superawesomeness.
- Squidward becomes Sour Note.
- Mr. Krabs becomes Sir Pinch-a-Lot.
- Sandy becomes The Rodent.
- Plankton becomes Plank-Ton.
These alter egos also appear in the video game SpongeBob HeroPants.

Mermaid Pants is a superhero alter ego of SpongeBob who first appears in the episode Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. He replaces Mermaid Man as a speaking character starting with Mermaid Pants, due to Ernest Borgnine’s death.

Barnacle Star is a superhero alter ego of Patrick who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy" alongside Mermaid Pants. He replaces Barnacle Boy as a speaking character starting with "Mermaid Pants" (Tim Conway, who voiced Barnacle Boy, died in 2019).

Reflecto is an enemy of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy who SpongeBob and Patrick imagine as a villainous alter ego of Squidward while in their Mermaid Pants and Barnacle Star alter-egos in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy".

Doctor Patrick is an alter-ego of Patrick Star who appears in Suds and The Splinter.
