Plot

When Patrick's big sister visits, she tries to make Patrick's house bigger and decorate it, by using sand and parts from Squidward and SpongeBob's house respectively, also destroying their houses. After Squidward can't take it anymore, he uses a bulldozer to try to destroy Patrick's newly decorated rock, but Sam throws the bulldozer into the distance. Then, Sam just decides to forget the whole idea and destroy the rock, but injures Patrick in the process, but luckily, SpongeBob holds cookie dough in front of his face to wake him up. Sam then gets sympathetic, and sorry that she hurt Patrick, but then she has to leave for her nail manicure. It ends with Patrick saying "My sister sure is something, huh?" with SpongeBob replying "She sure is! *laugh*".

Trivia/Goofs

In this episode, Patrick has a sister. However, in Something Smells, he says, "What if my sister finds out? Oh, wait, I don't have a sister."
Yet again Squidward tries to use a bulldozer.
