In As Seen on TV a second Krusty Krab appeared but wasn't the Krusty Krab 2, since it was just a commercial prop and didn't have a 2 on it. SpongeBoob O's is The Second apperance. The movie comes after all the episodes so the Krusty Krab 2 is not seen again.
