The Tropical Getaway Brochure is a prize that Mr. Krabs gave away for finding out the name of Mr. What Zit Tooya's name. Squidward risked stealing Mr. What Zit Tooya's Wallet and running a stop light to what he thinks is a "Getaway". After Squidward goes to Jail, Mr.Krabs gives the brochure, and Squidward realizes the prize is only the brochure. The only episode the brochure is shown in is Good Ol' Whatshisname.
