The Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy Movie is a low-quality movie based on Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy seen in the episode: Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy VI: The Motion Picture. The first shoot was a wreck, but the second one was good enough to earn Mr. Krabs $200 on the movie's first night.

- Pickle boxes are seen to make up "Fort Lox".
- Toy cars are seen to make up for real cars.
- A glue bottle is seen as a background building.
- There are some glue and scissors next to Fort Lox, which are probably just left-over and forgotten to be taken out during the shooting.

- Fort Lox is a play on Fort Knox. Fort Lox is actually just the Patty Vault, while fort knox stores Pure gold.
- SpongeBob makes a small cameo in the film.
- When the movie ends, the only ones that seem to like it are SpongeBob, Patrick, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. The other people in the audience don't look very excited.
- The movie just seems like a slightly longer version of The New Adventures of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy episode.
