The Diamond Jellyfish only appears in the DS version of Atlantis SquarePantis. It is a jellyfish made of diamonds, and due to this, it is extremly hard to destroy.

It is mainly a Diamond spiked jellyfish, but what makes it unrealistic is that it is pure blue, not colourless.

- It only appears at the Diamond boss at the Reef of Mu stage, with 4 four of them.
