He is a purple fish, wearing his uniform. His uniform is white and orange-red.

He works at the reef cinema as a snack counter guy. His name is unknown, and SpongeBob casted him in the New adventures of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy as the Dirty Bubble.

He was sleeping in the bathroom, and then SpongeBob woke him up. After that, mini dirty bubbles started to appear, so SpongeBob saved the snack counter guy.
