Doctor Peter Lankton is Plankton's disguise as a cheery and helpful therapist/psychiatrist, and the main antagonist of the episode Fear of a Krabby Patty. His personality is chipper, fun-loving, upbeat, honest, goofy, cheerful, optimistic, emotional, sentimental, and bipolar.

He is just Plankton with black buttoned yellow suit, black pants, laced black shoes, and a Brownish grey beard.

When he changed the Chum Bucket to his office, he became Peter Lankton and he was trying to get SpongeBob to tell him the Krabby Patty Secret Formula.
