Grandpa SquarePants is SpongeBob's Grandpa, and he hints of being blind. He was first revealed to exist in the episode Rock Bottom where SpongeBob imitates him with the explanation that there is no use catching a bus, "especially when it is drivin' on a 90-degree angle!". He appeared yet again in the episode: The Sponge Who Could Fly. It seems that SpongeBob really likes to learn wisdom from his sayings.
Looks
Grandpa SquarePants has glasses, wrinkled all over and also has grey eyebrows, green trousers, cane, old shoes and looks very old. He basically looks like an old version of SpongeBob.
