The Bikers are actually The Mild Ones.

The Wild Ones are a motorcyle gang that were mentioned and anticipated in Born To Be Wild, but when SpongeBob rips off the M, he mistook it for The Mild Ones. One of the bikers is Old Man Jenkins. (two versions of him are seen.)He frightened all of Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob and Patrck made up their own gang so they would seem to tough to mess with. Mr. Krabs thought maby they would eat at his restraunt, so he set the restraunt up of something he thought might attract them. When they stop at the restraunt SpongeBob found out it was a misunderstanding, in other words a false alarm.
