Boys Who Cry suck. Kelpy G is better. Their fans include nobody. They can be seen in the episode: Whale of a Birthday when Mr. Krabs sends SpongeBob to buy Pearl a birthday present. SpongeBob ends up getting them to play at Pearl's 16th birthday. Pearl had a daydream about Boys Who Cry after waking up and had the band's new song in the dream. Just kidding they are ok, however Kelpy G is still way better. They sang for Pearl's 16th birthday party.
In Mall Girl Pearl, Pearl is looking at them in a magazine.

- They are probably a parody of the 1980's one-hit wonder band Boys Don't Cry or the movie also called Boys Don't Cry.
- In Pearl's dream world in Sleepy Time a few fish who look like Boys Who Cry are shown in a painting.
- Their appearance in the magazine in Mall Girl Pearl could be a reference to how bands update their looks for more mature audiences.
- They're based on Boyz II Men, NSync, Backstreet Boys, and possibly a male equivalent of Spice Girls.
