Seymour Scales is a shark from SpongeBob's Boating Bash.
Appearance
He tricks SpongeBob into a D.R.I.V.E. learing course for boating so SpongeBob can get his license, but teaches him the wrong way to drive. He is a unlockable playable character in the game, and the main antagonist in the game.

All Seymour Scales looks like is a blue shark in a tie, and a business suit.
