Dame Mackerel only appears in the first part of the game Employee of the Month. She has very sensitive skin and SpongeBob needs to get her sunscreen. She also has a British/English accent and she comes from the English Channel.

She wears a scarf with normal clothes and a parasol. She also has purple skin and white hair.
