Cecil Star is Patrick’s father on The Patrick Star Show. He works at the Undersea Space Center.

Cecil is a light green/blue starfish with a mustache and sideburns. He wears a white shirt, red bowtie, and gray pants held up by a red belt with a gold-ish belt buckle.
