Sluggo is Gary’s father, Patrick’s uncle and Herb Star’s brother. He was a part of the Seastar Tree. He only appeared in the episode Rule of Dumb on a map. He was a part of Gary’s and Patrick’s family. He is Gary’s father and Patrick’s uncle. He has a brother named Herb and a nephew, Patrick.
He looks similar to the leech-like snail from Dunces and Dragons. He also looks adopted of a brother of Herb's.
