Looks
It is a pinkish-red book which has the title on the cover. Inside, it features writing about the customers' names (which reveals alot of names) and has "why SpongeBob loves them" inside it.
Squidward has used it!
Squidward borrowed this book to win the brochure that Mr. Krabs gave to him. SpongeBob does not have Mr. What Zit Tooya in this book.
