the Summer Splash was an event where SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward would host. 3 hour marathons of cartoons like SpongeBob would be shown. the event was for 5 days, lasted for only a few years, and was done only in the summer.

This is the only time where SpongeBob actually spoke to the viewers intead of Patchy the Pirate and Potty the Parrot.
