The History of All Boating Ever is a book seen in the episode Nautical Novice. Hence the title, it shows the history of boats and anything related to boats. SpongeBob read it the night before going on a field trip with to the Boat Museum with Ms. Puff to impress her. SpongeBob stayed up all night reading it.
