Ouchie is a sea urchin who is one of the Star family's pets on The Patrick Star Show; in his case, Ouchie is owned by Patrick. He first appears in the show's first episode, Late for Breakfast.

He sleeps in Patrick's bedroom, and communicates in high-pitched barks, which Patrick is able to understand.

Ouchie is a spiked black sea urchin with purple outlines, as with most other sea urchins in the SpongeBob franchise.
