Mr. Krabs' Golden Tooth only appears in the episode Growth Spout where Mr. Krabs is forced to give it to Squidward as repayment for stealing his food.

When Mr. Krabs' daughter, Pearl Krabs suffers a growth spout and becomes very hungry Mr. Krabs steals Patrick's and Squidward's food to help his daughter. Infuriated, Squidward comes to SpongeBob's house and finds Mr. Krabs having a said "slumber party" with SpongeBob and threatens to call the police for the theft of his food. When he begins dialing on the phone, Mr. Krabs tells him that if he doesn't hang up he'll be fired. Squidward is unconvinced and continues to dial and Mr. Krabs begins to cry and begs Squidward to hang up. Just when Squidward gets ahold of the police he sarcastically demands Mr. Krabs' golden tooth in exchange for hanging up. To Squidward's surprise however, Mr. Krabs really has a golden tooth, yanks it out and sadly gives it to Squidward. Squidward, disappointedly leaves.
