Agnes
Agnes, also known as the woman revealed and Judge 2, is a background character who first appears in the episode Something Smells.

She is a thin pale blue fish with light blue lips, a gray beehive, and top and bottom eyelashes. She wears a hot pink dress.

She is colored lavender with purple lips, a blonde beehive, and a light pink dress. She also lacks her bottom eyelashes but still has her top ones.
[edit] Role in series
Agnes has appeared in a few episodes throughout the series. She was firstly designed to be a minor character in "Something Smells." A redesigned variant of her later became one of the three "Judge" incidentals in Slimy Dancing, dubbed Judge 2. Agnes has also been portrayed to be a regular citizen of both Bikini Bottom and New Kelp City and a high class fancy fish and she also took the appearance of Judge 2 in most of her appearances. Her normal variant has been absent from the series for over 20 years (not counting all of the appearances of Judge 2) until she made a comeback in the season 13 episode Spatula of the Heavens.

When SpongeBob salutes Incidental 154, the former's rancid breath causes the latter's skin to crack twice, thus revealing that she is Incidental 154's third skin layer with Unknown incidental 23 being his second skin layer.

Agnes appears as a nurse and tells Patrick that they are ready for him now in an ominous manner and takes him to his chair, telling him to sit there and that Dr. Mundane, the dentist, would be with him shortly.

When SpongeBob returns after reforging his spatula, she has become very thin and emaciated in his absence.
