The Cameraman was only seen in the episodes SpongeBob's Last Stand and Professor Squidward. He works for the Bikini Bottom News. He is also the cameraman for Ben Flenny. He also may be Fred. He was Bob's camera man as well.
Looks
He wears green pants and a black belt. He also wears a red cap.
