The Cramp is a dance that Patrick made up. It has been danced in the episode Slimy Dancing.

The Cramp originated from Squidward and Patrick’s pain. During Squidward and SpongeBob’s performance at the Dance-A-Thon, Squidward got a cramp. He started rolling around in pain and people thought it was a great dance. This is similar with Patrick. Patrick was dancing around in pain.
