Foofy is a posh snail that is only seen in Grooming Gary. He is owned by Charles. In the episode, SpongeBob forces Gary to go to a snail competition, and Gary is not too happy about it. Foofy was thought to be the only non-crazy snail at the competition, but towards the end of the episode Foofy went on a rampage.
Looks
Foofy is a posh snail with a monocle and a golden glossy shell, and hair that looks like Elvis's. and seems to have a diamond encrusted leash, as to where Gary has an old rope. Foofy also has very white teeth, as to where Gary has very dirty teeth.
