Richard A. Bottomfeeder was the attorney-at-law Mr. Krabs uses for the case against Plankton in the episode Krabs vs. Plankton. He accidentally trips on the wet floor (The same wet floor that Plankton fell on) and can not be Mr. Krabs lawyer, so he gives the case to SpongeBob and tells him to be the new lawyer.
