Papa Tentacles is Squidward Tentacles father.
It is presumed that he is already dead becuase Squidward talks about him in past tense. In one episode, SpongeBob tells Mr. Krabs that Squidwards Father never hugged his son. Then Squidward repelied: My father loved me very much. He was obviously married to Mama Tentacles. He has never ever seen in any episodes but the is referenced in 1 episode.
