Gummy is nothing but a giant ball of chewing gum, in which Patrick calls it Gummy. It was one of Patrick's greatest posession's. He gave it to Spongebob on Best Friend's Day. It was very icky to Spongebob. It had moldy pizza, a pair of hideous underwear, a toothbrush, and all sorts of yucky things.
