Boat Jacker

A Boat Jacker is a car stealer mentioned in No Free Rides. You have to wear a "ski mask" as well to be a boatjacker. There was another Boat Jacker who appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie at the county line. Mrs. Puff wears the costume/ski mask and becomes a boatjacker.
