Prehistoric Starfish
Prehistoric Patrick is seen in the episode: SB-129 when Squidward went back in time. Prehistoric Patrick is Primate Sponge's friend. But they're not smart since they have no common sence. He could not talk so they communicated in different ways.
Brains
Primate Star was not very smart. they could not talk as said earlier because their language was very strange and mixed up. He also holds Jellyfish until he gets stung which hurts him, but he does not care.
Looks
Prehistoric Patrick has big teeth, a loin cloth,and a big mouth. He's pink like Patrick and Patar but looks quite different from Patar and Patrick
