Richard A. Bottomfeeder
Richard A. Bottomfeeder was the attorney-at-law Mr. Krabs uses for the case against Plankton in the episode Krabs vs. Plankton. He accidentally trips on the wet floor (The same wet floor that Plankton fell on) and can not be Mr. Krabs lawyer, so he gives the case to SpongeBob and tells him to be the new lawyer. But SpongeBob can not open the suit case which has the evidence in it, so the lawsuit takes longer then it should. Although he could not make it to the court room, Judge StickleBack still granted Mr. Krabs' team the winner. He appeared shortly in Suction Cup Symphony as a tuba player.
His Case
Inside his top secret case was a Krabby patty.Something that Plankton wanted so much. Once SpongeBob opened it, Plankton wanted the Krabby Patty desperately, and Plankton ran for it, meaning that he lost. Therefore proved that Plankton went into the Krusty Krab just to get the Krabby Patty in other words he was proven guilty.

Richard is a green-skinned fish who wears glasses. He has black hair. He also wears a lawyer suit with a bow tie.
