Man Ray
ManRay is one of the evildoers that causes destruction in Bikini Bottom. He is voiced by Welsh actor John Rhys - Davies. He and the Dirty Bubble always get stopped by Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. In the Episode: Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III, it is found out that he was frozen in Tartar Sause. ManRay onced tricked SpongeBob and Patrick that he would be good if he became unfrozen. Then He wrecked havoc but he couldn't because he had the Tickle Belt (As seen in Epsiode 17) on. When he tried to steal something he couldn't stop laughing because he got tickled too much.
Also Barnacle Boy and the Dirty Bubble and ManRay defeated Mermaid Man, SpongeBob, Sandy, Patrick and Squidward in a battle where they did nothing and won. Luckily for us viewers, Barnacle boy came back to Mermaid Man's side. The Tickle belt that ManRay once wore made ManRay be unable to do bad things. But in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V, he is back with the Dirty Bubble and the evil Barnacle Boy. This time without the tickle belt.
ManRay is a slim Manta Ray and he has big muscles. He has a fashionable, blue helmet and a red top and bottom. On his belt it is blue with a bit of yellow in the center. His gloves annd boots are a deep blue.
Voice and Attitude
ManRayn has a deep voice and will always try to trick people with his False Voice... He admits defeat and quite frankly does not care. That was proven in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III. ManRay has a persuasive voice so he can trick people like SpongeBob and Patrick quite easily.
