Sam is a character from the episode Big Sister Sam. She is Patrick's big sister. She gets angry a lot when anyone makes Patrick sad or mad.

Sam looks like Patrick, but with muscles (or fat) and is bigger. She has black hair with a ponytail and wears a purple two-piece bikini with green flowers.

- In the episode Something Smells, Patrick said he didn't have a sister.
- Sam's words have these meanings: Brubber=Brother. "Meanies make brubber's eyes water!"="You two meanies made my brother cry!"
