I made an IP check for User:140.192.181.142, who made very similar contributions as Bobba and Billy. So I think it's all the same user. The IP check showed that those vandalism edits were made from a "DePaul University" in Chicago, Illinois. If that vandalism will happen again, I will send a complaint e-mail to that university and maybe contact the internet-FBI. Did he upload porn images?
