A Boat Jacker is a car stealer mentioned in No Free Rides. You have to wear a "ski mask" as well to be a boatjacker. There was another Boat Jacker who appeared in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie at the County Line.

SpongeBob thought that Mrs. Puff was a boatjacker when Mrs Puff stole his new boat.
