In this funny episode Spongebob meets a new student in his Boating class, Flats. But when Flats threatens to "kick his butt", Spongebob panics. He tries to escape the big fish but isn't able to. He tries to open up to Mrs. Puff but she doesn't seem to get his point and is further misunderstood by Flats. He finally gets a chance to kick Spongebob's butt, but gets angry because his spongy form absorbs his hard punch. Thus, when at school Flats gets so tired at beating him up, he collapses as Spongebob gives a little speech about bullying. He raises his arm like people do when they are about to when they beat up people, and at that moment Mrs. Puff comes in and sees Spongebob's raised fist and collapsed Flats.
