Uncle Cap'n Blue is SpongeBob's Uncle seen in the Episode: BlackJack Uncle Cap'n Blue is retired. In the episode, SpongeBob said he needs some help from his uncle, he needs a crime fighter like him to save Mother SquarePants, Grandma SquarePants and Father Squarepants from Cousin BlackJack SquarePants. That means, Uncle Cap'n Blue must be a police man in his days.
