Attitude
The Big One is very hard to ride and laughs when you come up to it. This is quite odd because it is not really a being, it is just a wave.
Appearance
The Big One is just a huge water wave with a face and tongue made of water. Once it smiled and ate Patrick's surfboard.
Times it comes
Every year ending in -009, e.g. AD 1009. The Big One appears when all the planets in the solar system line up.
