A user is blocked if:
- Uses multiple accounts
- Votes for his own posts
- Votes multiple times

Block lasts 2 weeks, unless otherwise described.
[edit] Suggesting a block
A block can be suggested here. If there aren't any reasons for that, the one who suggests is blocked for 1 day.
