The Snack Bar Cook only appeared in the episode Ripped Pants. He seems mad at SpongeBob for him always joking about his ripped pants.

He has purple skin with three small yellow dots, and green arms with a heart tattoo. He wears an apron and a chef hat. He also looks rather strong.
