She is married to Herb (Patrick's Father) and they most likely live together. It was then revealed in the episode: Rule of Dumb that her name is Margie. She named Patrick's sandwich Fred, and the sandwich tasted like beans and bacon.

Margie has a big top-dress is the same pattern and colors as Patrick's pants. She has lovely black hair with a light shade of a purplish blue. She has a violet red flower bow in her long hair. It is estimated that she is in her 60s. Her color of body is pink like the rest of the family.
