ManRay is one of the evildoers that causes destruction in Bikini Bottom. He and the Dirty Bubble always get stopped by Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. In the Episode: Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III, it is found out that he was frozen in Tartar Sause. ManRay onced tricked Spongebob Squarepants and Patrick that he would be good if he became unfrozen. Then He wrecked havoc but he couldn't because he had the tickle belt on. ===Looks===ManRay is a slim Manta Ray and he has big muscles. He has a fashionable, blue helmet and a red top and bottom. On his belt it is blue with a bit of yellow in the center. His gloves annd boots are a deep blue.
