House Fancy is a television show that is aired in Bikini Bottom. It is hosted by Nicholas Withers. The show mainly discusses fancy houses throughout Bikini Bottom and introduces us to their owners. The shown is only seen in the episode House Fancy.

- On the episode shown, Squidward's house (which was blown up by a vaccum bag air pressure decrease) is declared a new type of fancy that harkens back to a previous primative style, causing Squilliam to start crying. Squlliam's house wins in the beginning of House Fancy, first episode of Season 6.
